Wilford "Bill" Wakefield

WAKEFIELD, WILFORD, "Bill", "Foxy", 86, Madison, July 22, 2009. He is survived by loving wife of 34 years, Emmagene; son, Fred (Ginny) Wakefield; daughters, Anita (Buddy) Spiva, Debbie (Randy) Wilkerson; 2 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Wakefield was a 20 year veteran of the US Navy, and was a proud member of M.O.P.H, F.R.A, VFW and the American Legion. Bill dedicated his life to serving his beloved military organizations. Graveside services and military honors to be held Friday, 3 p.m. in Spring Hill Cemetery. Lasting memorial may be made to Middle TN. Fisher House, Murfreesboro, TN.
