HOLT, TOMMY WAYNE, age 57, died January 11, 2011. Preceded in death by father, Louie Holt; brother, Donald R. Holt. Survived by mother, Dorothy M. Holt; sisters, Debra L. Holt, Tammy L. Holt; brother, Bobby E. (Linda) Holt; several nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday 4-8 p.m. and Friday 11 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Dobbins officiating. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
