Survived by his loving wife and best friend, Carol Smith; son, Shane Smith; daughter, Shannon Smith; granddaughter, Stephanie Smith; mother, Evelyn Fowler; brother, Heath and his wife, Paula Fowler, sisters, Suzanna Bascue, Wanda Garcia, Jeannie Fowler, Shannon Fowler. Visitation will be at Madison Funeral Home Wednesday 2:00 - 6:45 p.m with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Ray Newell officiating.
