Randall "Randy" Mays Obituary

MAYS, RANDALL "Randy" ALAN, age 61. Preceded in death by his father, Carl W. Mays. Survived by his dearly loved wife, Belva Mays; mother Kathleen O'Mara Mays; uncles, aunts and a host of cousins and friends. Mr. Mays was a graduate of Peabody Demonstration School, a member of Junior Achievement, receiving Achiever of the Year trophy. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of New York, Albany, NY and post graduate studies at George Washington University. His interests were reading, writing, ham radio, flying, guns, and computers. He served in the United States Navy and a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was employed by the CIA for 25 years. Upon retirement he joined Idaho National Laboratory in Idaho Falls. He attended Christ Community Church, was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 762 and City Road Chapel UMC. Visitation Friday 5-8 p.m. with a Masonic Service at 7 p.m. and Saturday 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Spring Hill Cemetery. Lasting memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, or the charity of your choice.
