CHUDASAMA, Pravinsinh V., age 60, passed away April 9, 2012. Preceded in death by father, Vajubha R. Chudasama. Survived by wife, Theresa Darlene Wilson Chudasama; mother, Sajjankunver Chudasama; sons, Nimitt and Simitt Chudasama, Jason and Kevin McCrary; daughters, Neetee Chudasama and Jennifer McCrary; brothers, Ghanshyamsinh, Nikulsinh, Ashoksinh, Mahavirsinh sister, Kusumba; eleven grand-children. Visitation Tuesday at Madison Funeral Home 6 - 7 p.m. Funeral service in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home Thursday at 11 a.m. Cremation service at Music City Crematory at 12:30 p.m. Online tributes madisonfuneralhome.net MADISON FUNERAL HOME (615)868-9020.
