FRANCOEUR, PAULETTE ANNE, 60, Lebanon, beloved daughter of the late Edward and Theresa Francoeur, sister of Edward (Ellen). Sandra (Rita), Ricky (Eva); 10 nieces and nephews; 15 great nieces and nephews, passed to her eternal reward on March 18. Visitation Thursday, March 19, 6:30 until service time at 7:30 p.m. at The Church of the Living Water, 731 S. Dickerson Road. Interment Chattanooga National Cemetery Friday, March 20, 2:30 p.m. EST.
