TAYLOR, SR MSGT, Melvin William, age 64, died February 18, 2012. Preceded in death by father, Charles William Taylor. Survived by wife, Kristie S. Taylor; mother, Constance R. Marshner Allen; son, Douglas William (Veronica) Taylor; daughters, Victoria Renee (Josh) Montei, Kimberly Ann Taylor-Vincent, Cathryn Irene Newnham, Heather Marie (Tommy) Norman; son, Michael John McDonald; sister, Mary T. (Kenny) Crowley; sixteen grandchildren, one great grandchild; several nieces and nephew. He was a retired SR MSGT with the US Airforce (21 years), Merchant Marine Boat Captain (10 years). He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and will be missed by all. A Memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home with Military Honors.
