BIRDWELL, JOHN WILLIAM, "Jay", 82, Cadiz, Ky. formerly of Madison, Tn. April; 25, 2009. Preceded in death by parents, Dukie and Pearl Birdwell; son, John M. Lucas; brother, D. E. Birdwell; sister, Mary Helen Birdwell. Survived by wife, Marlene A. Birdwell; son, William Lucas; daughter, Sherry (Jerry) Garland; sisters, Betty (Bill) Taylor, Nellie (Harold) Barnhill. Visitation will be at Madison Funeral Home Sunday, 12 noon - 7 p.m. and Monday, 9-11 a.m. Graveside service at 2 p.m. Monday at Woodlawn Memorial Park. MADISON FUNERAL HOME 615-868-9020
