LEWISBURG, TN. HALE, HELEN ELIZABETH, 87, June 27, 2009. Preceded in death by husband, James A. Hale; parents, Van and Frankie Pardue; son, Ricky N. Etheridge; daughters, Vivian T. Beard, Janice G. Thibodeau, Claudette Perry. Survived by son, Ernest C. (Brenda) Etheridge; daughters, Faye (Doug) Aldridge, Dale (Charles) Davis-Matthews; sister, Rose Taylor, caregiver, special granddaughter, Cindy Coggins; 19 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 19 great-great grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be Monday, at Madison Funeral Home 1-8 p.m. and Tuesday 1-8. Funeral services in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Bro. John Hodges officiating. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. MADISON FUNERAL HOME 615-868-9020
