Emma Nichols

NICHOLS, Emma Jean Heath, age 88, passed away October 22, 2012. Preceded in death by husband, Albert David Nichols, Jr.; parents, Jerry C. and Ollie Mae Heath; sister, Mildred Lane; brothers, Don and Robert Heath. Survived by daughter, Pamela Jean (Keith) Burke; son, James David Nichols; sister, Lorene Damron; brother, Billy Ray Heath; grandchildren, David Royce Burke and Jacob Daniel Burke. Mrs. Nichols served her country during WWII as a wave in the United States Navy. After attending training school in Cedar Falls, Iowa, she served as a Yeoman and Seaman Third Class for the records division. Visitation with the family will be at Madison Funeral Home Wednesday 2:00 until service time at 6:00 p.m. Graveside services will be Thursday 10:00 am at Spring Hill Cemetery with military honors.
