THOMPSON, DORTHA WILLINE, age 88, died May 4, 2011. Preceded in death by parents, John and Mary Belle Cook Grubbs; daughter, Sandra K. Watkins. Survived by husband, James W. Thompson; son, Kenneth Wayne (Carol) Thompson; daughter, Barbara Lynne (Steve) Capps; sister, Doris Avrit; son-in-law, Homer Lee Watkins; grandchildren, Dawn Taylor, Jeff Thompson, James, Paul, and Angela Watkins, John and Mary Lynne Capps; great grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, and Jessica Taylor, Marshall Thompson. She was a member of Old Hickory Church of Christ. Visitation with the family will be at Madison Funeral Home Friday, 5-8 p.m. Funeral services Saturday in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home at 10 a.m. with Bro. Don Loftis officiating.
