David Edward Roberts, age 75, Hartsville, TN., formerly Madison, passed away April 24, 2011. Preceded in death by parents, Luther and Bertha Hall Roberts; sister, Joyce Anne Gammons; grandson, Jason Midgett. Survived by loving wife, Marguerite Smith Roberts, daughters, Patricia (Rick) Stotts, Dorothy (Dewayne) Montal, Janet (Ronnie) Carter; grandchildren, Jennifer Wofford, Justin Scotts, D. J., Dani, Averi Montal; great-grandchildren, Carter, Hayden, Hood Wofford; brothers, Billy Joe Roberts, Tampa, FL., Johnny Wayne Roberts, Goodlettsville, TN. Mr. Roberts was a truck driver that drove one million miles accident free. Visitation will be Tueday 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday 10 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home. Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Enduring memorials may be made to the Nashville Humane Society or PSP.com in memory of Mr. Roberts. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
