Clark was born in "The Bronx" New York, to the late Wendell A. Perry, Sr. and Amanda Perry. He departed his life on February 8, 2026, after a long battle with numerous medical issues.

Clark was a good person, with many friends who he shared good times with as he was growing up.  Clark was a bit of a prankster and a pain in the butt as well.  Clark would annoy his sister, Carol, when her friends would come to the house, by making paper planes and throwing them at her friends, but he was a good kid for the most part.

Growing up in the Bronx he was always surrounded by a warm and loving family and friends.  Growing up in a multicultural neighborhood contributed to Clark's growth and development.  There were always family events and celebrations going on that formed our lives and personalities, which we all embraced.

As a child Clark loved sports, especially baseball and football, where he developed many of his childhood friendships. John Gregory, Tony Cartegena, Phillip Monfredo, Reggie Frazier - to name a few, were his early partners in crime.

Clark attended Adlai Stevenson High School in the Bronx, where he became the Quarterback of the Football Team and developed new relationships with.  Anthony "Stretch" Lawrence, Felix Deleon, Dave King, Dave Greene and Dave Washington, to name a few.

After Clark's graduation from high school, he went on to Cheyney University in Cheyney, Pennsylvania, where he played football for a couple of seasons until he decided that was not for him. After Clark's time at Cheyney he returned to the Bronx where he worked at different jobs, but nothing seemed to hold his attention.

Clark and his Dad became extremely close after college.  Hence, the unbelievable love of the New York Yankees, that they both shared.

Clark spent a lot of time with his Dad and that time shared inspired him to be a great Dad.  There was nothing in life that was more important to Clark than his sons, Adam, Jacob and Jimmy.

Clark will be missed by many including, his sons, daughter-in-laws, grandchildren, siblings and numerous cousins and friends
