SPURLOCK, CLARENCE EUGENE, 55, Madison died October 22, 2009. Member of Local 455 Boiler Makers Union. Preceded in death by father, Charles Elvis Spurlock, Sr.. Survived by wife, Kathy Evon Spurlock; mother, Margaret Marie Spurlock; daughters, Brandilee Marie Collins, Jennifer Mae Norvell; six sisters; three brothers; grandchildren, Scottie and Chase Collins, Thomas and Haleigh Norvell; several nieces and nephews.
