JENKS, Carolyn Ann, age 66, passed away July 18, 2012. Preceded in death by parents, George T. and Ann M. O'Guin Schwarz. Survived by son, Larry C. (Michele) Jenks; daughter, Traci M. (Robert) Adkins; sisters, Elaine Mears, Juanita Norman, Dee Schwarz; brother, Fred Schwarz; grandchildren, L.C., Chanler, Chrissi, Michael and Ashley. Visitation with the family will be at Madison Funeral Home Friday, 4 - 8 p.m. and Saturday 10 until service time at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home with Roger Elliott, Pastor, Long Hollow Baptist Church officiating. Interment to follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens, Gallatin, Tn. Online tributes, madisonfuneralhome.net
